Chris has over two decades of experience in product development and engineering within FDA-regulated products and specializes in guiding clients through the complexities of Premarket Tobacco Product Applications (PMTAs), particularly in the chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC) section. His expertise lies in harm reduction products, such as e-vapor devices and pouched products, where he holds over 120 patents, leveraging a deep understanding of aerosol delivery mechanisms to drive innovation and consumer satisfaction. Prior to consulting, he spent 18 years at Altria Client Services, contributing to groundbreaking projects in tobacco harm reduction and innovative aerosol delivery devices.

Bonnie Coffa

PhD, DABT, Regulatory Toxicology Consultant – ToxPharm / Fractional VP Marketing and Scientific Director Toxicology at Labstat International

Bonnie is a Board-certified Toxicologist specializing in ingredient tox evaluations and product risk assessments, in vitro regulatory assays for product stewardship testing, and regulatory applications for tobacco-, nicotine- and cannabinoid-containing products. She has over a decade of experience in tobacco and nicotine regulatory testing, FDA applications and external scientific engagement. Bonnie received her PhD in Pharmacology from Vanderbilt University and completed postdoctoral training in tobacco regulatory science at Altria Client Services.
